MUDGEE WINES 

Fortified

After harvesting, the fruit was de-stemmed, crushed and pressed. After a short fermentation, the juice was fortified with grape spirit to arrest the ferment. The wine was then matured in older French and American oak barrels before blending, filtration and bottling.
